n a cricket crazy country, making a career in other sports is a challenge in itself, especially those which lack the attention even from the general public. Despite being the national game, hockey made some space in people's heart only after 'Chak de India' ßhappened but soccer is still waiting for such a miracle to make its place on the international platform.
In such challenges, Bajaj Allianz has been working hard to reach to the youngsters to popularise the game in all parts of the country. The winning teams at the zonal level will also take home cash prizes worth Rs. 75,000.
Five teenagers will be selected from 120 cities in India this year from over 800 schools for the international football camp to be held in Munich, Germany in August 2013. Committed to nurture football talent in India, five youngsters would receive training scholarships under the Youth Development Program of Mohun Bagan, on their return.  The company targets to scan approximately 45,000 youngsters across the country during the selection trails.
