Marchetti brings signature Italian fare to town

henever one thinks of Italian food, what raids the mind are pizzas and pastas. But to help one go beyond the obvious regular fare, Chef Bill Marchetti, Master Chef, Spaghetti Kitchen has brought the Gusto D' Italia Festival to town at The Lobby, Hotel Aquamarine.
Spaghetti Kitchen has been serving authentic Italian fare to the city clientele and has come up with this biggest ever Italian cuisine festival in Chandigarh. With the 30-odd authentic Italian delicacies to choose from, diners have other options as the menu changes every week.
Chef Marchetti, told Guardian20, "Italy is a gastronomic delight loaded with an array of tempting and lip-smacking dishes, well known for their richness and traditional flavours, besides its signature dishes. This festival offers a platform to our clients who can explore authentic Italian cuisines prepared by a team of expert and experienced chefs, keeping in mind the original aroma, taste and texture of the dishes. It indeed is a matter of great satisfaction for us to have introduced an array of authentic cuisines from Italy for our city clients and patrons."
Customers' satisfaction remains their top priority in terms of offering them quality cuisines in refreshing and lively environs. The customer may enjoy as many servings as they opt for from the menu, all at an affordable price.
When asked his take on some of the dishes, Marchetti added, "There is no denying the fact that pizzas and pastas are our specialty, but while at the festival one must go for other dishes too, like ligurian minestrone, mixed grain tabbouleh, ravioli, tiramisu, fritters and a plethora of new dishes introduced with a view to giving the festival an extra edge."
The Buffet is available for Lunch as well as for dinner that starts at Rs.450/- (exclusive of service charges and taxes).
