| Chandrachur’s Punjabi comeback |

The Punjabi film industry is attracting a lot of established stars from Bollywood lately. This trend continues as director Manduip Singh, producer Darshan Pal Singh Grewal and Amit Vaid will soon introduce Chandrachur Singh in their latest release Just U & Me.
Besides Chandrachur Singh, the movie has a renowned star cast including actors like Asrani, Manoj Pahwa, Deepshikha, and Eva Grover. Gitaz Bindrakhiya, son of famous Punjabi singer Surjit Bindrakhiya, will be seen in the lead role opposite Priyal Gor, both debuting with this film.
"I know everyone claims that their production is way different but frankly speaking this is a teenage romantic comedy and a complete family entertainer. This is the story of young people in love and I would really appreciate if the audience decides whether or not our story is different," said Singh.
Speaking about the music, he further informed that the soundtrack will feature prominent singers like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Lehmber Hussain Puri, Miss Pooja and Bindrakhiya herself.
Chandrachur Singh told Guardian20, "My maternal roots are from Punjab. Maachis, my first movie, was all about Punjab, and I feel so deeply connected with Punjab. I play the role of a successful NRI in this movie."
