India's biggest bowling chain PVR blu-O opened at the Elante mall in Chandigarh last week. The sprawling new bowling destination is blu-O's sixth branch in the country, with other centers already running successfully in New Delhi, Pune, Bangalore and Gurgaon.
Actress Nargis Fakhri is the brand ambassador for PVR blu-O, and was recently in town for a press conference held to announce this launch. A bowling fan herself, she said, "I am so jealous that blu-O has been launched here but not in Mumbai, because I love bowling very much."
Besides the bowling alley, PVR blu-O Chandigarh also has pool and foosball tables, dart games and PlayStation consoles. Lively music, a well-stocked bar and a food court offering international cuisines ensure it's a day well spent with friends and families.
"We are so excited to bring PVR blu-O to Chandigarh, where people are known for living life to the fullest. This is not just a bowling center; it is a place that brings together many sports and activities under one roof," said COO Vishal Sawhney.
